I came for acrylic removals- the process itself was done pretty well, although the therapist was pretty hasty and cut me a few times making me bleed (although it didn’t hurt, it was still a nuisance). The cleanliness was not bad, but the removed acrylic shavings were all over the place, including in my hair/on my clothes. Will only be returning if I need something urgently, as they are good for that.

I asked for a very simple request of coloured french SNS. have had this done on numerous occasions at other salons. I had 2 different nail technicians attempt to do this before the salon Manager had to come out and do this treatment. She then left one of the other technicians to do the second layer. Terrible final look.
Also, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this salon, they tell me that ANYTHING I request is going to be an extra £5 or £10.
Why on earth they charge customers for removal is beyond me!
