Manicure was rushed : station where treatment was to be carried out was “Dirty” cut finger nails from previous clients all over the table . Red towel for my hands was dirty : no disposable paper towel over this : nail buffers and files not sprayed with antiseptic : files had dried skin cells on . In my opinion, prime for spread of infection - was shocked : nail polish on too thick pooled on my cuticles: was told it was the polish I had chosen? Don’t think so ?Make receptionist was blasé when i told him I wasn’t happy : maybe they didn’t have time to clean the work station : I explained that the the manicure was rushed and about the polish , his explanation was that she was actually supposed to be on her break ! My treatments stated at 1 pm and where to run concurrently for 1.45 mins both treatment where done by 14.20 so short fall of 25 mins . Was offered a free polish which will not replace my experience but all in all will be giving this place a definite Miss !

Staff rushed my appointment and injured me twice with the machine filer. They were quite unapologetic about it. The filer also gets really hot on the nail if they go too fast which they always seem to do.
