The manicure was very poor. First they made me wait 20mins (and I had arrived 15mins early for the appointment), then the service itself was terrible. She rushed the whole appointment and did not even take my previous set of gel nails off properly and didn’t listen to anything I said wanted done. Last time I went it was good but this person was not good.
