It's the first time I had a shellac mani pedi done here. It looked great at the end, but after only 2 days, it started peeling off!!! It's ridiculous for the amount of money I've paid (£65). I can't even go back to get it fixed because I'm on holiday.
I will definitely not use them again. Its a total waste of money.

i was called half an hour before to ask if i was still attending. i was then called five minutes later to ask if i could come fifteen minutes later, as the technician was running late. i turned up at the new time, only to wait another fifteen minutes. i was running so late for my next appointment that i had to rush out and didn't notice two of my infills are massively misshapen. i paid online but had to pay an extra £12 in store as apparently the advertised price is wrong. so disappointing.
