This was my third visit and was by far the worse in terms of the therapist who did my manicure. Her English was poor, she was not aware of what treatment I was booked for. I had to tell and she had to seek guidance from a colleague as to what to do first. She started to put on polish without filing and shaping my nails at which point I had to stop her. Not at all impress and had it not been Christmas Eve I would have walked out
However the other therapist who did my pedicure was first class.
