The manicure itself looks good, there was a great choice of colours and my nails look lovely.
The customer service is shocking. Staff will sit on their personal phones during appointments, not engage or speak with clients, and will sit chatting to colleagues whilst completely ignoring the customer. At one point Nadia even forgot to paint one of my nails and only realised when my hands were taken out from under the UV light. The price is fair considering the quality of the manicure but lack-of-quality of staff.

Great service, acrylic Infills done to perfection and toe polish was great too. They have a great range of colours to choose from too.
