Usually have a really good experience at full stop, but the gel removal process was particularly bad this time. A cucticle pusher should not be used to scrape nail polish off, you damage the nail and thin them down. It should be enough to soak them and use the polish removal drill. Now I have had my nails done, they are very weak and feel like they are going to break - I won't be able to have my nails done again for a while to let them actually recover!
