Front desk were nice, the gentleman doing my nails was very unfriendly. Almost as if he didn’t want to be there. They then changed nail technicians and she wasn’t sure what I had and what needed to be removed. Overall it was decent but service could be way better

The technician took off my extensions fine, but they did not buff and left my nails rough and they did not shape them properly. I had to buff them myself to make them smooth and add a nail treatment on top.
