The massage was average. The masseur did not even ask if the applied pressure was sufficient. I felt for a deep tissue massage more pressure should have been applied.
The receptionist was not very welcoming and asked to pay for a mask. When all the other saloons provide a mask for free when a customer is paying so much for a service.
All in all I did not feel the staff were interested in making the customers come back to the establishment. Won’t visit again

Had a really good experience in the salon, everything was managed really well. The mani/pedicurist was very professional, experienced and nice and the waxer/masseuse was great too, both friendly! However I got home and the nail varnish put on started to come off all my nails. Not sure whether it was the heat (it was a hot day) or whether the bottom coat was off. The salon have said I can go back & have a new manicure to make up for it which is great. Overall great and my problem is resolved.
