I really love my haircut. It’s so great to finally have a haircut after 5 months. Phong knew exactly what I wanted. My hair is so thick so it’s really difficult to find a shape to suit me.Thank you Phong for the perfect haircut! Highly recommended

Hair not washed properly had to tell the lady to wash it again as the bottom of my scalp was dry and my hair was greasy the next day. The style director was great gave me good tips on hair maintenance however I noticed towards the end of my hair cut there was hair left on the gown which was clearly not mine as it was a different colour considering the times I don’t think this is acceptable. I was charged £50 (booked for £30)for this I feel I could have got better value for money somewhere else.
