I was booked in for pedicure/manicure with shellac. I had old polish on that needed soaking off. Because the technician couldn’t speak English very well he did my manicure without realising to had to soak off/ or polish. He cut my cuticles so short that they were bleeding. He was rushing throughout and was very rough. At the end I pointed to my hands and said what about my nails? He apologised and completed the work on my fingers. The polish was badly done. Never again. I just wanted to get out.

The mani and pedi were both rushed. I did not walk out with the soft feet they claim as they barely scrub your heels. I opted for a manicure with gel but instead of doing the full manicure they just use the tool and don’t actually clean up the cuticles properly. Shouldn’t charge for what they’re not doing. I was not impressed.

Literally worst nails I think I’ve ever had: technician didn’t listen to what I said and was super abrasive and hurt me on multiple occasions. Nails honestly look awful and I pre paid. Compete waste of £40
