Booked gel extensions and was surprised when I had acrylic extensions used as well as the gel powder on top. Overall pleased with my nails but unsure I will be returning as usually when I have hard gel extensions or gel powder extensions it’s only that without acrylic which I prefer.

Treatwell customers are treated as 2nd class citizens on “standby” until somebody else is willing to pay full price, they then try to cancel your appointment. Early morning, I booked 2 treatments worth £85, arrived an hour early. 5mins to my appointment, the receptionist was calling me, whilst I was in the salon, to say there was an “overbooking” and to change my appointments? Therapist was hungry, yawning, not wearing mask, breathed hunger breath all over me which smelt, unpleasant treatment.

I booked two treatments worth £85, I booked early morning and arrived an hour early. 5mins to my appointment, the receptionist was calling me, whilst I was in the salon, to let me know there was an “overbooking” and to change my appointments? She had the entire morning to call if this was the case. I was upset throughout treatment.
