I found the area was not organised nicely and they did not have good quality products. The stylist I had was clearly new which is ok but not what I paid for. The cut was way overpriced for the service I received. I would have to say it’s the worst hair cut I have had. My hair was not cut evenly. I would not go back here.

I booked last min and secured a Swedish massage for £21. I would say the quality matched the price. The masseur’s mobile phone went off 3 times during so that wasnt a very relaxing atmosphere. The oil also didn’t have a nice fragrance. It smelled and felt cheap like cooking oil. Overall I could feel a difference afterwards so it was still an ok massage, but I cant give more than 3 stars if Im being completely honest.

I got bubbles in my nail polish which was blamed on me touching it when I was left there drying my nails for almost 25 minutes. I take fault in accidentally my touching my thumbs which I owned up to and told the nail tech to not worry fixing as it was my mistake however these were bubbles and I was put at fault. The lady at the front told nail tech to do again to which the nail tech replied with a huff. As it was almost closing time I made the decision to just clean manicure off. I had prepaid.
