Everyone from the staff was in a hurry and disorganised. I didn’t have my brows waxed because the lady who was supposed to be there for our appointment never came. Also, they didn’t sterilise the tools they used to do my nails which means that they don’t follow basic hygiene rules. Lastly, they didn’t have POS for card payments.

This is the worst manicure I have ever had. The therapist wasn’t good at her job she couldn’t even file nails properly and was not focussed on what she was doing. She was more interested in looking around at what was going on around the salon than focussing on giving me a manicure. I would not recommend going to this therapist for a manicure. She over filed my nails with the electric file and hurt my skin. I had to tell her a few times and even pulled my hand away because she nipped my skin.

I found the area was not organised nicely and they did not have good quality products. The stylist I had was clearly new which is ok but not what I paid for. The cut was way overpriced for the service I received. I would have to say it’s the worst hair cut I have had. My hair was not cut evenly. I would not go back here.
