I'd been looking forward to a haircut for months. But my hairdresser (Ewana/Yuvana) didn't cut it how I wanted. I requested it short to my neck but she cut it to below my shoulders. I told her multiple times to cut it shorter, and she said "trust me, it will shrink after blow dry, if you want it shorter after drying, I will cut it". Of course, it didn't magically shrink multiple inches, so I asked if she could cut it shorter. But she said "No, I have other clients." It was unprofessional to lie.
