So disappointed with the standard on my pedicure unfortunately. I have gel polish all I’ve my cuticles and sides of toes, each nail was uneven, skin was not removed and the polish extremely streaky. Despite interrupting to try address these issues I had to just give up and then request someone else to do my manicure. They shouldn’t be charging clients for services then have staff who arnt trained/ never done nails before. I paid for a service and unfortunately a child could of done a better job

Had infills done and the following day the Gel started peeling off. Really bad if the following day it peels off. Spending £30 for infills now I have to go somewhere else to fix my nails I refuse to go back there

My SnS nails was great! However my pedicure was a 0/10 I mean I could of done this myself the way she was doing it! Not happy at all will never ever come back here! I went for a shellac pedicure instead I just feel like she painted my toes and polished it that’s it so disappointed! I had to remove this and re do this at home which turned out well!

So disappointed with this venue. Customer services is extremely extremely bad. It started from my nail technician who didn’t bother to help with colours I showed him clear pic what I want and he just throw samples in front of me to find the one o wanted zero assistance. He was totally not impressed that I wanted 5 different colours. I needed to go through hundreds of samples which was super frustrating as I clearly showed what I want. There’s much more to it… I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
