Everyone from the staff was in a hurry and disorganised. I didn’t have my brows waxed because the lady who was supposed to be there for our appointment never came. Also, they didn’t sterilise the tools they used to do my nails which means that they don’t follow basic hygiene rules. Lastly, they didn’t have POS for card payments.
