This is the second time I’ve had a manicure here - staff are always very polite and manicure is good quality. The salon does seem almost always empty and this time I had an evening appt and got the feeling the staff would rather be anywhere else

Nice venue but poor pedicure. Cuticle removed with electric drill (I’ve indentation lines on my nails) spent max7 mins in the water (not at once). No under nail cleaning. Massage was good. Nail polish was awful and messy & didn’t fully dry.

Was a little annoyed that I was ask to pay a extra five pounds because I had two colours where everywhere else I have been before never charged me for a second colour I won’t be going again
