Luca was really fantastic and great! Lovely guy and fantastic blow dry. Even helped shape my hair after a bad cut free of charge. Would definitely recommend!

If you usually have Ken do your SNS, don't bother going back to Full Stop in Watford as Ken is no longer there and the other girl, who tries her best, is completely rubbish at SNS. To make up for her inability, she tried to convince me on 3 occasions during one visit to get Gel or Acrylic next time. On two occasions now she has cut my fingers. The salon is always completely empty which speaks volumes. Unfortunately, will not be returning. BRING BACK KEN!!
