I’ve come here so many times for gels and this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. The gel itself is great but they’ve cut the side of my nails too short and now it’s sore.
Then the technician- when I arrived, I could see he was on FaceTime and he didn’t end the call, just put the phone in his lap. They were on the phone throughout the treatment, he had both AirPods in and was having a conversation- I kept thinking he was asking me something!!
All in all, not great!

It was my first time getting my nails done and the nail tech was so lovely and was able to replicate the picture I brought perfectly. Everyone there was pleasant and very helpful - will definitely be returning!
