I am really disappointed at how Full Stop have managed to continue providing treatment to people! First, the room that I was taken to was dingy and cold - there wasn’t music like on the upstairs floor. Second, the beautician didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing - although she was polite. Third, after the facial wax was complete, I looked over to see that she had only used one stick (she was double-dipping!! EW) and the pot looked so dirty! Now, I have itchy whiteheads all over my face!
