Extremely disappointed with my experience at Full Stop Aesthetics. I went for a gel pedicure. I asked for a French pedicure and was told by the technician she does not know how to do this. She cut my toe nails unevenly, and cut them so short, even though I had specified I did not want the nails that short. The manager wanted to charge me full price even after I had expressed my dissatisfaction. In the end I got £4 discount. Unprofessional! Waste of time and money ! Do not recommend at all !

I came to your salon first thing this morning to get lash extensions. The technician was running late and I am extremely disappointed in the lash extensions. I signed a waiver as I had not received a patch test however the amount of glue that the technician has applied to my eyes is disgraceful.
Less that 12 hours since my appointment and I’ve been in tears for my evening as the glue is leaving me in pain where there is so much of it surrounding my eyes. The lashes are now almost impossible to
