Staff were a bit short and awkward - not really engaging in conversation and when my nail started to get hot because of the acrylic, she said “it will be fine soon” not sure if I would go back unfortunately. She was a little rough too

So, I booked for SNS as they had that as a treatment went in, no one actually check what I booked for explained what I wanted said no I don’t do that. I asked why you offer that, she said we dont but I can do acrylic for you I explained that it is not the same thing. Then said can you do gel then. She agreed the table was dirty. So without a manicure she went on to paint I said I paid for sns manicure I was a gel manicure now. She didn’t listen and cussed me out in her lanuage to her Colleague.
