Jenny refused to see me at my scheduled booking and instead took a walk-in customer. She stated that appointments with her can only be made over the phone, but when I mentioned that there were online availabilities showing for her, she ignored me. Her attitude came across as rude and unprofessional in front of other customers. I was then seen by a gentleman named Lee, who was excellent at both Mani and Pedi.
