Overall, a great experience. I booked with Anna but did my appointment with Lee. My original inspiration picture had charms but I eventually got told that they didnt have any so I had to find a different picture. However Lee was Really attentive and ensured I was happy with the outcome. Very friendly and nice atmosphere.
