I didn’t have an appointment with Ana, but with a guy who name I don’t know.this is the most simple service I wanted, manicure, and yet, she didn’t even clean the dirt under my nails. He didn’t file them until I told him to do, so he didn’t even ask me anything, and I gave him directions at the beginning, which he didn’t follow, so basically he didn’t listen to whatever I asked him for, and like I said it’s very basic service manicure, but nothing was done correctly, will never go back
