It was my first time at this salon, and my first impression wasn’t great due to a noticeable smell, likely from thes sink? Not sure. Louis was nice, and I left a tip because he did an excellent job with the spa pedicure and took his time for it. However,I am not satisfied with my mani/pedi. After coming home, I realized that both my fingernails and toenails weren’t well-filed—some nails were doubling, and others weren’t straight—so I had to fix them myself.

I went twice with Lee prior to this time and it was excellent. This time I was disappointed. I should've had the full treatment with Louis as booked but instead a lady shaped my nails poorly and aggressively not getting the almond shape I asked for.
