Good location, good space, ambika is friendly, Sweet and calming. However seems to need more experience. Was not able to pluck individual hairs as she forgot tweezers

A bit hard to find which made me a few minutes late and the therapist immediately noted that I was late (10 minutes).
I felt bad for being late and it was embarrassing to be called out as soon as i walked in. My therapist was very professional and did a great job despite the uncomfortable greeting. She did not deduct time, as I expected her to, due to my tardiness and I was appreciative with my tip. The room was extremely clean and sanitary, but also felt sterile and clinical.
