Kris's communication was great prior to my appointment. We chatted about my hair, products i use & how i maintain. Through each step of the process (hair cut & rough dry), Kris would ask my opinion & listened. He was caring & genuinely a nice guy. He took a photo of the end result so when I visit again, we can refer back & if needed make any changes etc.

I work at Euston station and it’s very convenient as just a minute walk from the station. Love my new hair cut and exactly what I wanted. I wasn’t sure at first as I was scared of change but Chris took me through a few options and said what’s possible and what’s definitely not possible. So I took his advice as it suits my face and my wife really liked it.

Kris is a fabulous, professional, and highly skilled professional. Kris has advanced hairdressing acumen, it would be challenging to find a better hair dresser. My hair was effectively ruined, but following Kris' advice, and having regular appointments with him, has literally saved my hair. Kris is a specialist, high quality , gifted craftsman. When i first clocked your balayage and root melts on instagram i knew i'd found the right hair stylist for my hair. Kris did such an amazing job on my balayage. He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure he understood the look I was going for. Throughout the appointment he made me feel completely comfortable, which made the whole experience really enjoyable
