Went to Friends Hair & Beauty because of price. Received a really warm welcome by two members of staff. Chatted for about five minutes about what I wanted my hair to look like. So, so, so pleased with my new look. Also decided to have my eye brows threaded and left it to the hairdresser to shape them on how she thought best. Great service all round and will definitely return.

The stylist was great, did exactly as I asked and did a really great job. Great value. But I turned up in time for my appointment and was asked to come back later as they were too busy. The stylist later told me that only the manager checks the TW appointments and doesn’t tell the stylists. Also the shop walls and floor were very dirty.
