Lovely lady; so caring and understanding. It was a very busy day when I went but she attended to everyone so brilliantly. The hair cut was exactly what I wanted after needing one for so long. The whole appointment was one of the nicest hair cut experiences I've ever had. Would thoroughly recommend!

This place felt desperately rundown and dirty. Unfortunately I had to use the toilet which was worse than a public toilet. The masseuse seemed inexperienced and not the least bit concerned about addressing the knot in my shoulder. The towels and blanket looked unclean. No background music. This was the cheapest massage I could find at short notice and unfortunately you get what you pay for. So sorry to leave a negative review but just being honest about my terrible experience. Never again!

Hollywood left hair behind even though I had pointed it out during the appointment.
Waxing is done on top floor up a narrow staircase, if you are unable to walk up 3 floors do not attend.
