I had a basic manicure with no colour, Mai tidied up my cuticles and knew what she was doing and was friendly. My main complaint was I felt things could’ve been a bit cleaner (the equipment wasn’t cleaned between customers and she coughed into her hands and didn’t wash it before carrying on with my manicure).
