A pretty good massage, though I felt she could have got into the knots in my shoulders and neck more.
There's room for improvement in the 'little things' - some fabric/towelling round the face hole would have made it more comfortable, and, as she used quite a lot of oil, it would have been good if she'd wiped the excess off with tissue or a moist towel at the end, as therapists at other venues have done.
The venue itself could show more attention to detail - e.g. put a towel in the loo.

My second time visiting. The team there remembered me and what sort of treatment I'm looking for (I'm a runner, so wanted focus on my legs which I didn't have to say). This was a really nice piece of customer service.
As last time, the masseuse was very knowledgeable and could feel the areas that needed work without me having to say.
Just as impressed with the service as I was the first time. Will be back!
