The reason for the bad review was because I searched for a blow dry on Treatwell, paid for a blow dry on Treatwell and was told at the salon I needed to pay double what I paid for a blowdry. Additionally I booked an appointment at 11 and was called to reschedule at 5 which was an inconvenience for me.

Excellent service. I was nervous about what I’d get for the price but needed a last minute appointment. Salon is basic but the employees were both very professional and I was delighted with the result. Won’t hesitate to return.

The review is terrible because when I turned up, I was told the massuese wasn't even in! My appointment was therefore not fulfilled, and I was not even given an explanation as to what happened or why the massuese was not at work when she had a booking.
