Although I had an excellent experience in the salon, unfortunately I realised when I washed my hair that it had been cut terribly. It's all different lengths, and the ends look split and damaged even though I had a significant amount off. The ends are also cut very strangely, so even within one section of hair it's all different lengths. My haircut may have been an anomaly but I do regret getting my hair cut there - I'm now going to have to wait until it grows out and then get it cut properly.

Disappointing experience. Asked for usual blond highlights, the stylist showed me pic of a recent client, suggesting he use 2 tones of colour. I’ve had this before & liked it so agreed but specifically said ‘as long as it’s not dark or small streaks of colour.’ Unfortunately that’s exactly what he did. Had to get it redone there & then, & come back when I got home & saw how dark some bits still were. Stylist claimed it’s because I asked for lowlights. Not what I expect for £118 Cut and colour.
