I usually have Luydmila who is fantastic and kind but she was out this time.
I asked the replacement stylist the fees upfront as I had agreed the same price as the last 2 times I had the exact same treatment. The fee was higher then last time I said go ahead. He clearly did not like this and the experience was awkward, very curt short responses when I asked questions and my now hair is way lighter then I’ve had . I hope to go again if Luydmila will have me as I love how she does my hair.
