The best experience I have ever had in a hairdresser. Lyudmila remembered me and my needs and preferences. She is attentive and kind in a very gentle, understated way. Her skills are amazing and others have noticed the quality of my haircut. The whole visit took about 40 minutes. I used to wait that long after my appointment time before my old hairdresser would be ready to cut my hair! Very happy customer.
