The "salon" was dirty and so was the equipment used. Hardly any selection of polish colours, which I also think were pretty old considering the end result. I have burnt cuticle around my toe nails from the amount of acid that was used to remove old varnish, every toe nail is of a different shape, there are bits that are not painted, distribution of the varnish is uneven and created streaks. I am actually angry that I have paid £35 for the "pleasure"!

Staff very nice and friendly however manicure was the worst I've ever had. Nails not cured properly and lots of bit stuck in nail polish. Bits painted on my fingers too. So bad it got removed immediately. Didn't see on shop due to lighting or i would have complained.

I got a last minute appointment for the same day. On arrival the member of staff was friendly & welcoming, however the shop seemed disorganised and there was a limited selection of colours. Luckily, the colour i wanted, red, was available and I got one nail with glitter. The manicure itself was done well. Overall, I would say you get what you pay for £15 for shellac is very reasonable.
