I have been using Freshlook for many years and every single time I go I leave with exactly what I wanted.
The shop has a wonderful family vibe, you go and you are greeted so warmly.
The staff work quick and efficiently.
I have moved from the south to Northamptonshire and I still travel and use the salon as I’ve had many hairdressers in the past but nowhere has ever treated me as well as those at Freshlook.

A very experienced hairdresser and has been here since 1988... have your cut, colour, highlights without a worry. You feel refreshed Nd truly looked after

The staff so helpful and professional,
I’d recommend this salon very highly ,my hair looked and felt amazing , the shampooing gives you a wonderful head massage which nearly sent me to sleep :)

I have searched for the perfect salon for such a long time and this independent and personalised salon is it! From the friendly and warm welcomes, to the impeccable service all the way through. All staff make you feel at ease, comfortable and they create an atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in your own home having your hair and treatments done. Staff listen to your requirements and settle for nothing less than what you have come in for. This salon beats any branded salon hands down!
