Firstly I arrived on time for my appointment and I was kept waiting as they were busy doing other clients all though I had booked and pre payed on Treatwell for that specific time, my hair was being left half done constantly as the woman doing my hair was doing two peoples hair at the same time. Lastly the full head highlights was not full head as one side at front of my head there is still a patch of my natural colour of hair and because of this they booked me In for another appointment to fix it which they again couldn’t manage to do for the second time and said “it’s your baby hair so we can’t do nothing” although they managed to highlight the exact same spot on the other side and I have been getting my hair done all of my life and have never had this problem. The woman was trying to charge me more although she had made the prices on Treatwell and kept complaining that “it is too cheap for this treatment”. My hair is very dried out and I will now have to wait for it to grow out to fix it. I would not go there again and waste my money and time.

Love my new haircut, I had full head highlights and blow dry on top. Figi and Flo always try and do as much as they can to make you happy.
