Diana is so patient and takes her time when waxing. My skin is sensitive and growth was long! she was so reassuring and gentle and took the time to listen. I did not feel rushed.

I went in after a year of trying to get up the courage to chop everything off for a pixie cut! I showed her so many pictures, we chatted for ages about what would suit me, she showed me some pictures, and she cut my hair in stages so that I could make sure I liked it at every stage before she chopped more off to the final product! Just a lovely, lovely atmosphere and I'm SO thrilled with my haircut and she showed me how to style it afterwards too!
