I went in wanting to dye my hair dark all over so it requires less maintenance, Flo and Figi advised I tried a different tone of highlights instead. I trusted them, as I always do and the results are so nice. My hair is also the shortest it’s been and I love it! I’ve had so many compliments already. I’ll never stop coming here, even though I now live 45miles away!

First haircut at Fresh Look and thought they were really good. Everyone’s so friendly and the hair dresser was attentive and you could tell she really cared about doing a good job with the cut (unlike other places where they might be distracted or rush). Would definitely recommend.

Normally it's good here but I think it had maybe been a long week for them as my hair isn't quite even and was a bit shorter than agreed too. Unfortunately this has knocked my confidence in coming in future.
