My lovely long thick hair has been turned into a mullet, which I now have to pay a huge amount somewhere else just so I'm not ashamed and embarrassed to go out! Their add states to bring in a photo and they'll recreate it.........I certainly didn't take in a photo of Rod Stewart. My hair was a good 14 inches long, it's now 2 in places especially at the crown, because of the horrendous use of thinning scissors. I am mortified.
