The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The only things I wasn’t completely satisfied with was the fact that the colour did not come out as I wanted it as it didn’t really look much different to the colour I was trying to cover plus I had to go in the next day to get my hair cut straight as it was a little longer on one side.
