I have paid for a 30 minutes massage that lasted 20. This is unfair because one does not realise until has the clothes back on and on the way out. The masseuse did not ask ahead of the treatment what type of massage I was after and if any medical condition. I asked if possible to also do a bit of legs, was told there was no time, and this is probably because here the 30 minutes are not for the treatment, but also include preparation, wrap up and vague recommendations on what to do next.
