Avoid at all costs! Left me with burn marks on my underarms and nicked my eyelashes when threading my eyebrows. The place was filthy when I walked in and I should have just left straight away. I will be taking this further as it is unacceptable.

It wasn’t bad but I do think there could be some improvements. I had multiple interruptions through out, however the therapist was sincerely apologetic about this and she was really nice. The back massage felt more like rubbing but I really enjoyed the head massage. It felt like the massages were joined together rather than two separate treatments. Overall, some pros and cons but the bigger picture is that the staff were really nice.
