I visited this salon on Saturday and was frustratingly kept waiting for over half an hour.
From what I could gather a friend of the hairdresser had come in about 5 minutes before me and the hairdresser had decided that she could fit her in for a colour before cutting my hair. I am unsure if this was an oversight on their booking system or just that that they weren't bothered that I had a booked appointment.
Either way I was left waiting with no explanation,
The haircut then felt rushed as the stylist seemed more concerned with getting my cut done before it was time to wash out the other person's colour. From start of the wash to blow dry took 20 minutes!
I was given no consultation of what I wanted done just a short 'you want a trim yes?'. I had intended in having a slightly more of a shape cut into my hair but the stylist was so frantic that I didn't feel like I could interrupt.
As I left the salon I was relatively pleased with the trim I had received. However when I got home I then realised that there were several bits of hair that had been missed that I then had to quickly trim to the same length myself before going out that evening.
I guess it's a case of 'you get what you pay for'. All in all, not a great experience.

Hands down the best haircut and blow dry I have ever had in London, and the fastest! In 35 minutes ai walked out with a whole new look and felt really well cared for. Highly recommend this little place!

When I turned up they weren't aware of my booking (apparently no message was received from Treatwell), but I waited only about 10 minutes and they fitted me in. Despite the rocky start I was very pleased with the service and my haircut! The lady who cut my hair was friendly and took a lot of care - I didn't feel at all as though I was being rushed though because they didn't expect me. I came out with a fantastic hair cut for a very reasonable price. But you can actually get the cut cheaper if you book direct with the salon instead of going through Treatwell because they have an offer for new customers! And if you go there regularly you get 30% off on every 5th hair cut. Definitely recommended, I will be back :-)
