Marta was warm and lovely when interacting with my child, which put everyone at ease. I appreciated the cosy waiting corner and the background music that was on. It does make a big difference to have some music as opposed to frozen silence cut by cold scissor sounds as it has been in some other places. Simple, warm and cosy - and, most importantly, the cut was perfect. Marta also kept checking in with me and the little client to ensure it goes how he wanted it.
