My experience at the salon was good. The staff were all really friendly and the service was great. I would recommend.

I was quite disappointed when I walked in and realised that the hairdresser spoke very little English. I tried to explain what I needed and when I realised she did not understand a word I was saying just let her tidy up the back and left. I did not get the style I wanted but was scared to even attempt to explain anything. The lady was lovely and sweet but unfortunately I don't think it is fair to have paid for a haircut that I wasn't after.
Ladies' Haircuts
I HATE having my haircut and after 5.5 years in London still don't have a regular hairdressers - till now. I booked and showed up same day, great value for a long hair cut and the blow dry was fantastic, by far the best I've had in a long time. I have been burnt a few times by poor stylists or finding a good one who moves on before your next appointment but now I've gone to Freestyle I have a loyalty card which gives me 30% off my fifth visit and someone I do trust. I'm growing my hair out for my wedding in February so this isn't a time for me to mess around but I feel confident my hair will be fab by then. Definitely 5*

Really good service and value for money from the girls here. As per one of the other comments if you book through Wahanda give them a call to check the time is available as I've found with here and other places Wahanda don't check with them before accepting. However I was taken for a haircut on my booked time and came back and they stayed late to make sure they accommodated me for my leg and Brazilian wax. Lovely staff and great value. Will definitely book again.

It was my second visit but the first time I've had highlights there. Very happy with the results. Great value. Will definitely return.
