My experience at the Wholistic centre was very relaxing. I attended because of a recommendation from a physio. Pavlina spent time at the beginning to understand the pain I was experiencing so that it could be best resolved. The massage was incredibly relaxing and has already made a noticeable difference. At the end of the session, Pavlina recommended some stretches that could also help. I will be returning again and would highly recommend.
Only downside is the location is a little tricky. Citymapper took me to behind the building. It's inside the Greenwich west community centre. There's a door inside that takes you to the very lovely space that Pavlina has created.

Before the treatment, Pavlina was extremely thorough taking my information. We talked at length about my medical history, stress levels, my environment, etc. The treatment itself was bliss. I will definitely return.
