Had a lash lift 3 weeks ago and think Jenna is great! She was super professional and reassuring. She erred on the side of caution and didn't leave the solutions on too long but I'd rather that than frazzle the lashes as had happened elsewhere. And they look lovely 😊 She even sent me home with lash conditioner to apply every week. Great aftercare! I will definitely be returning and we'll get the right "mould" for my longish lashes and different solution duration. Thanks, Jenna
